HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders dispatch can take up to 7 business days, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express service. US orders are sent via UPS through our Californian warehouse. All others international orders will be shipped via Australia post which will be delivered via your local postal company. Please note that any international orders may be delayed in transit. Please check your local courier company for updates on delays and service outages.

WHAT DO I RECEIVE WITH MY ORDER?

You will receive the frame you ordered and a lens cloth. If you wish to purchase full packaging you can do so on the website.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately we do not offer any returns or exchanges on Sample Sale items.

WHAT QUALITY ARE THE FRAMES IN?

The frames on our Sample Sale website are old season stock, discontinued styles and previous press samples. There may be minor wear and tear but all frames are quality checked and in very good condition prior to shipping from our warehouse.
